Laura Lackmann
Author, screenwriter and director Laura Lackmann (1979) was born in Berlin. After studying history and art history in New York and Berlin, she worked as an assistant director on various international film productions. She made her directorial début on the film adaptation of Sarah Kuttner’s bestselling novel Mängelexemplar while also working in the writer's room on Matthias Glasner's six-part miniseries Blochin for ZDF. Her second film Zwei im falschen Film premièred at Munich Film Festival in 2017.
Laura Lackmann lives in Berlin.
